We are required to charge state and local taxes of 8.25% for customers who reside in Texas only. This amount will be added to your order when it is totaled by our shopping cart system.

All orders are shipped by 'GROUND' within 48 hours via United States Postal Service and costs $7.00 per order.

Once your order is received, please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped. USPS usually delivers is 2-3 days, depending on location. Exceptions to this policy would be if the item ordered is not in stock. You will be notified via email of an expected ship date. We will ship via FedEx or UPS at your request. Shipping costs may vary.

All sales are final. Exchanges will be made if you are not 100% satisfied with your order within 14 days of purchase. The exchanged item must be  unworn and in perfect condition. Broken or damaged items will be repaired or replaced at a minimal cost. If the item is received broken or damaged, we will gladly replace or repair at no cost to you.

All sale items are FINAL SALE. There will be no returns or exchanges on sale merchandise.

All custom orders are final sales. Since the item is being made specifically for you, we will not accept any returns or exchages.
